Keep the same data source, tenant and fixed UTC window for all three reads. An empty label matcher can include absent labels; it does not distinguish absence from an explicit empty value.

A missing environment label does not identify a stream as production. Use an independent source identity. Empty query results do not by themselves prove missing ingestion.
